Link: https://julkaisut.valtioneuvosto.fi/handle/10024/162185 This means stronger education and competence are prerequisites for achieving the goals of the 2030 Agenda.

Policy stated that industry-specific competence descriptions will increasingly change into competence entities in which the learning of sustainability skills and circular economy competence are almost invariably involved.
